| Details:Labor Ready, a TrueBlue company, has an opening for an Account Representative in Lancaster, PA. The Account Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. This is achieved through utilizing a consultative sales approach, developing premium level accounts and ensuring strong customer satisfaction and retention. At Labor Ready, our commitment to customer satisfaction is secondary only to our commitment to quality - it is the Account Rep's obligation to ensure this level of service. The expected work schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm and some weekends.Responsibilities include: Building relationships by performing sales calls, customer service calls and site visits.Qualifying customers by conducting meetings with the decision-maker.Prospecting local business opportunities by working trade shows and performing telemarketing and cold calls.Assisting with the collection of customers’ payments.Developing and implementing appropriate sales strategies.Assisting with the recruitment and dispatching and/or driving of temporary workers to work sites.
